Proper Diet and Meal Ideas?

Hello, im a 16 year old male weighing in at 147 pounds at 5 11. I recently started training alot of mma and crossfit. I've become obsessed with my personal health training 5 times a week to stay in shape. Now i realized my diet is terrible! My diet has improved slightly but nowhere near where it should be. What i need are some good healthy meal ideas(preferably ones that taste good) any tips and tricks of the trade you might now. I am drinking a whey protein shake after my workouts and just started to take a multi-vitamin. Basically what i want to do is gain a bit of lean muscle, loose body fat, and make it so my six pack is actually decent ahaha thanks for all the help

the same thing i tell everyone eat alot of raw vegetables and stop drinking all those sugary drinks..alot of people dont realize that they drink more calories than they eat.... o and it would help me alot here if the people asking the questions would briefly summarize their eating habits....ty
