I deeply regret to inform you that as of 10 PM Wednesday, October 31, 2007, "The King's Gym & Fitness Center" is CLOSED for BUSINESS.
 
Please know that I did everything I could to keep it open & that with much turmoil & legal advice have made this decision.
 
Bank drafts:  All bank and credit card drafts have been cancelled effective November 1, 2007.
 
Refunds:  "The King's Gym" is licensed & bonded with a $25,000 insurance bond through Consumer Affairs.  If you pre-paid for a membership, you may request a refund by submitting a complaint to Consumer Affairs.  You may obtain a complaint form online at www.scconsumer.gov or by calling Consumer Affairs at 1-800-922-1594.  You will need to send in 2 copies of your membership agreement with the complaint form. If you do not have a copy of your contract, please email or write the gym and a copy will be mailed to you.

The Gym is in the process of filing bankruptcy.  Contacting Consumer Affairs will be the best way to get your money back.  Please do not submit a complaint to your Credit Card Company as no funds are available to fulfill those chargebacks.  If you have any problems with your refunds, do not hesitate to email me and I will do my best to help with the process.
